Refund and cancellation processes for digital products, in-app purchases and subscriptions in PresidentOnline: Governing Orders depend on the purchase channel.

General Principle

• In-app purchase refunds/cancellations are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may renew automatically.
• Cancellation is managed by the user through the app store account.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal, not the current billing period.

Apple / Google Purchases

• Refund requests are evaluated by the store provider (Apple/Google).
• Use order history and official store support channels.
• PresidentOnline: Governing Orders support cannot directly override store refund decisions.

Unauthorized Transactions

• Contact Apple/Google support channels.
• Change your account password for security.
